I’m one of those moms that is always looking out for simple and easy to make recipes because I don’t have the time to dedicate to cooking. Besides, my husband is the one that enjoys cooking and taking his sweet time with it, I prefer eating. 😉 Today’s recipe is Ham and Cheese Pinwheels. This recipe is so easy, that even your kids (with your supervision) will be able to make it. My kids absolutely love them and it’s one of their favorites.
Easy to Make Ham and Cheese Pinwheels
Ingredients
2 cans of Pizza Dough (yields approximately 24 pinwheels)
1 package of Deli Meat (your choice, I used ham)
1 block of Mozzarella cheese (I find that this cheese works best for the recipe)
Butter
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 jar of Marinara Sauce
Instructions
1. First spread out the pizza dough and cut into 1 inch strips.
2. Next add the ham (or your choice of deli meat) and cheese. Cut pieces to fit over the dough strips.
3. Roll dough strip into a pinwheel. Spray cookie sheet (I used a cupcake pan) with cooking spray and place pinwheels.
4. This step is what kicks it up a notch. Melt a small amount of butter and brush it over the pinwheels. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let pinwheels sit for a few minutes before serving (inside will be really hot!). Serve with Marinara sauce on the side for dipping and enjoy!

These are so cute! They would be lovely for a brunch of a baby/wedding shower or something fun like that. Pinning for future parties!
