We are finally wrapping up our school year around here. Is it me or was this the longest school year ever?! Summer is getting closer and I’m thrilled about the upcoming warm weather, yummy food and day trips we get to enjoy. One of the things that I try to avoid during the hot summer months is turning the oven on. So I’m thrilled that this summer I’ll have a crock pot I can put to use. Yes, I just bought one a few months ago. I know, I know, I was living under a rock. 🙂
So today, I’m sharing a round-up of 25 delicious and easy crock pot dinner recipes that will give you various dinner options to choose from during the hot summer months. Enjoy!
