In case you missed it, I celebrated my birthday this past Monday. I celebrated the day by spending time with my family, eating (a lot) and reflecting on how grateful I am for another year of life. I’m truly blessed and could not ask for a better way to spend the day.
Thanks to my husband, I ate the most amazing breakfast and was gifted a manicure/pedicure plus an amazing chocolate cake with some out of this world peanut butter icing. It was seriously one of the best cakes I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot of cake!). I could not stop eating it. It was seriously getting out of control so I vowed that I was done indulging after my birthday, but I gave in again.

I also bought a new pair of jeans at one of my favorite stores (Target) for 40% off! Here’s a pic of my comfy outfit. I’m not a fan of wearing it with the wedges seen here so I changed into flat leather sandals which looked much better. Yes, my baby girl photobombed the picture.
We also had a late birthday celebration for my husband at my in-laws this past weekend. We enjoyed my father-in-law’s delicious food and much needed family time.
